Orders received before 2 p.m. will be despatched the same working day. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class post for all deliveries up to 1 Kilo (With option for 1st Class if required).
Above 1 Kilo we use Royal Mail 1st Class post or Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service (3-5 day).
All orders over £60 in value qualify for FREE DELIVERY. (Sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service only)
We aim to keep all items in stock but occasionally we temporarily sell out. In this case we will advise you of the delay and you can have the option to full refund or alternative product.

Returns and Refunds
We will refund or replace any items that you are not completely satisfied with within 14 days of receipt as long as the goods are returned with their original packaging, have not been used and are in the condition they were received. We will not be liable for the cost of shipping/handling returned goods, except where the goods are proved faulty. Please contact us before returning any goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.
