Terms and Conditions

Delivery
Orders received before 2 p.m. will be dispatched the same working day. We use Royal Mail or MyHermes for all deliveries. We aim to keep all items in stock but occasionally we temporarily sell out. In this case we will advise you of the delay and you can have the option to full refund or alternative product.


Payment
Apologies but we do not accept Amex currently through none paypal or Google payments.
Payments are processed using the secure on-line payment system. Should you wish to order and pay by cheque or postal order, please email

Postage and Packing
UK Orders Only, for postage abroad, please contact
sales@candlewithcare.co.uk . All parcels are labelled with the Candle With Care logo and return address. If your order is a gift and you wish for it to be sent under plain label, leave a note when you place the order and we will action this for you.


Returns and Refunds
We will refund or replace any items that you are not completely satisfied with within 14 days of receipt as long as the goods are returned with their original packaging, have not been used and are in the condition they were received. We will not be liable for the cost of shipping/handling returned goods, except where the goods are proved faulty. Shipping charges are not refundable except where the goods are faulty. Please contact us before returning any goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Faulty Goods
All of our products are quality checked before leaving us and our customers are therefore unlikely to receive faulty goods. In the unlikely event that this does happen, we will be pleased to exchange the product or offer a refund once we have verified the fault.

When you return goods, please ensure that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us. We recommend returning goods using Recorded or Special Delivery in the UK or an equivalent service if you live outside of the UK. Signatures are always recommended when goods are returned.

All our prices are shown in £ sterling and include V.A.T. We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order except in the instance where an error has occurred with the data entry. In the event that an error is discovered with the price of any goods you may have ordered we will inform you as soon as we can whereupon we will give you the option of amending your order at the correct price or canceling it.

Your payment is processed by Paypal or Nochex. All customer information is kept strictly confidential on secure encrypted servers. We do not keep credit card information. Customer information is only used for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order. We do NOT and will NOT pass your details to any third party.

Never leave a candle unattended.
Keep burning candles away from children and pets. Keep candles away from flammable objects such as curtains, walls etc. Place on a protected, heat resistant, level surface. Keep candle free of wick trimmings, matches, or other foreign matter. Avoid burning in drafts. Avoid walking with lit candles.
